Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use algorium.uk or buy a package from Algorium UK. Larger or bespoke projects are governed by a separate written proposal, which takes precedence where it differs from these terms.

Each fixed-price package covers the deliverables and number of revisions listed on the site. After purchase we confirm the brief with you by email before work starts. Requests outside that scope are quoted separately and only carried out with your approval.

Package prices are shown in pounds sterling and are payable in full at checkout through Stripe, or on invoice where agreed. VAT is added where applicable. Bespoke projects are invoiced according to the payment schedule in the proposal.

You may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided work has not yet started. If you ask us to begin within that period, you agree that a proportionate charge applies for work already done. Once final deliverables are handed over, the package is non-refundable. Your statutory rights are not affected.

You confirm you have the right to use any logos, text, images or data you supply, and that they don't infringe anyone else's rights.

On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables passes to you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries and unused concepts, and may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email algoriumltd@gmail.com.
